Leo Popper Glass Blue Spindle Ring . Buttons measures 3/8″ by 7/8″ Leo Popper was a famous Button maker from Hungary who came to Brooklyn in the late 1800s  and started a cooperative in Brooklyn . He went on to repair the glass for the Statue of Liberty in the 1920s. His company was Popper & Son
